How to enter windows BIOS on MacBook

Hello, I need to change some settings in windows BIOS but I cannot figure out how do I get there as my F-Keys start when windows loads up.

Is there any solution to this?

There is no BIOS interface when CSM-BIOS is used. Can you describe the specific issue(s) you are trying to address?
