How do I make my computer start, if is not loading after days of being connected with the following

Try booting into Safe Mode. It will take a bit longer to reach the desktop and the screen may flash or flicker since it is using a very basic video driver in Safe Mode. If successful, try rebooting normally.
If not successful, then try an SMC reset and PRAM reset (hold the PRAM reset for a full minute so it activates several times).
Try booting into Recovery Mode using Command + R, or into Internet Recovery Mode using Command + Option + R if your system supports it. Run Disk Utility First Aid.
