Cannot sign in my apple ID

I reset my password to my apple ID and after that i try to login and it required to answer the security questions I tried to answer them but it gave me that were wrong answers I request to change my security questions but i cant and give me a message that my information is not sufficient to change them .

how can i overcome this trouble?

Contact Support in the country where you live (and which is therefore the country on your account) and see if they can reset them for you : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’)
