My iPhone 6s is working normally and all fine but I just got this phone a week and got randomly bright red blue and white colors who are really annoying they cover up my whole screen and if I sent this to the factory I need to pay 200$ I'm not paying for that does anyone have a simple solution maybe a youtube video just do a link or something It really needs help.

I assume there is no simple solution for your problem.
Press the upper part of your phone in the frame area with your fingers. When the lines change or disappear you might have a problem similar to that I had: contact problem of the display. Only an Apple store or an AASP can fix that.

It is most likely the screen on your iPhone but it may also have a bad logic board.
No, that is a graphics hardware error, there are no videos that will fix it nor its there a simple solution other than doing the out-of-warranty screen replacement.
Maybe there is a part that needs to be fixxeed which part is that part...
