Disputing a charge I was billed for something I don’t have.

Good Morning, I received a charge of $9.99 for iTunes music 🎶 I don’t have iTunes music 🎶 I don’t even have the app. My 2yr old granddaughter plays with my phone A LOT she works the phone rather well I must say😢😂 she knows her apps YouTube and Disney 😂 and explore The phone. PLEASE REFUND MY $9.99 AND CANCEL THAT PLEASE. I DON’T LISTEN TO MUSIC ON MY PHONE. Thank You.

We can't refund anything, we are fellow users, these are user forums.


Purchases are considered final as you know, but you could try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support and see if they will refund you as a one-off : http://reportaproblem.apple.com


Or you can try contacting iTunes Support via : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’)


And if you no longer want the subscription : View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support
