I have been getting "iTunes could not connect to this iPad. An unknown error occurred (OxE800000A). I've tried to do a factory reset on the ipad and updated the latest version of iTunes. The ipad is outdated and needs a software update, but i cant seem to do this without synching with the iTunes, as it says the version of iOS (iOS 12) does not support wireless updating. At a loss!
