Macbook Pro(Retina 13inch, Late 2013) up gradable queries
Is the Macbook Pro (Retina, 13inch Late-13 -2.4 GHz Intel Core i5, 4GB 1600 MHz DDR3, Intel Iris 1536MB) upgradable in terms of Storage(SSD) and configurable to 16 of ram from 4GB?

Is it really not possible to upgrade the RAM in Macbook Pro (Retina, 13inch Late-13 -2.4 GHz Intel Core i5, 4GB 1600 MHz DDR3, Intel Iris 1536MB)
That's clearly a mid-2012 (non-Retina) model at the latest. Looks like a 15" version. No Retina models have any replaceable RAM as it's soldered onto the main board. Yours might have a replaceable SSD, but I noted that it would probably affect your ability to bring it into Apple for a battery replacement. Once you do something like that you'll likely be tied into self or 3rd party repair.

The YouTube video is badly mislabeled. He is clearly working on a 2012 model--the last of the easy-to-upgrade models--NOT a Retina 2013. No 2013 MacBook Pro had either an optical drive or a mechanical hard drive.
Be careful what's on the internet--not all of it is correct. Consider getting the MacTacker database from the Mac App Store:
https://everymac.com/systems/apple/macbook_pro/specs/macbook-pro-core-i5-2.4-13-late-2013-retina-display-specs.html--- Here in this link says it's upgradable at purchase but not possible later but can find several videos where the both SSD and RAM are being upgraded and this shows Lew from Unbox Therapy did it back then---https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UDXSDnEv9uY

Yes indeed, i read and got throughout the article in Everymac.com where it clearly mentions that 2.4 GHz is configurable with 8Gb Ram at CTO/BTO but not upgradable on Retina Display Models after 2012. Thank you for the informations.
It might be possible but it's a major undertaking compared to old models with SATA drives. And if you do it, good luck trying to get a battery replacement service from Apple. Before performing a battery service, they'll run a diagnostic which will show that it's not the original or an authorized replacement drive.
The SSD is but the RAM is not. One source for the SSD: https://eshop.macsales.com/shop/ssd/owc/macbook-pro-retina-display/2013-2014-2015
