It is a phishing attempt. Do not respond. Do not divulge any personal or financial information. You can use the address below to forward the suspect email message, as an attachment to Apple.

That email is not from Apple.


Avoid phishing emails, fake 'virus' alerts, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support, and Identify legitimate emails from the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support will help you confirm/report that fact. "If you received a suspicious email, please forward it to reportphishing@apple.com. If you're on a Mac, select the email and choose Forward As Attachment from the Message menu."
