Is it possible to transfer pictures and some data from one Apple ID to another?

I see that it isn't possible to consolidate Apple IDs but is it possible to transfer data from one to the other.

I originally set up my Apple ID with a work email address and unfortunately created a second using a personal email address. That has been fine for the last 11 years but now that I am looking for a job in a new company, I worry that I will lose everything on my phone under my work email address / Apple ID.

Apps I know I can download them to a new Apple ID and log into them again. It will be a lot of work but its doable. Its other things like notes, pictures, and some other data that concerns me.

On the phone, you can change it to your personal ID if you want. There may be some data loss, but you can minimize it. If syncing photos with iCloud, ensure Optimization is turned off in Settings/Your Name/iCloud/Photos and/or in Photos/Preferences/iCloud. Then make sure full resolution photos are on the device/computer. When signing out of iCloud, if asked whether you want to retain data, choose yes. Messages conversations will be lost if they are addressed to the ID. See the article below for other places that the old ID should be removed. See Winston Churchill's response in the below discussion. Also set up Family Sharing to keep access to your apps/purchases.
