Updating iPhone 7

i seen an error sign saying unable To update and will not be able to receive or make calls until it’s fixed but when I tried to fix it it says it’s already updated but I still can’t receive or make calls

If it is giving you that is a pop up message connect your iPhone to a computer that is running iTunes 12.9.4 or later and restore the iPhone.
