Update issues

My phone has a celluar error I cannot receive or make calls I guess it’s wants to do a update it’s installed but want update I have tried numerous of times and not getting any where

Talk to your carrier that you can't make/receive calls/

In the meantime check if you have cellular update:

Settings > General > About > here.
