Sync iPhone photos with laptop

I cannot find the iPhone button on iTunes. So I am unable to sync from phone to laptop

You just posted a screen shot of iTunes, so you apparently have it. You may not have the required version, however.

iTunes isn't recognizing your iPhone. You need iTunes version 12.9.5. This link may help-->If iTunes doesn't recognize your iPhone, iPad, or iPod - Apple Support - click on the blue text.
