Hello,
It sounds like your devices are all associated with the same Apple ID. It is possible that they may have typed the long message into a new reminder in Reminders which synchronized to your other devices.
Hello,
Any device that works with iCloud is able to use subscribed Reminders lists. This can be set up manually within Reminders or if you are using iCloud Family Sharing then a shared Reminders list will be setup automatically. It is possible that a shared list was setup either intentionally or unintentionally and the strange message was put on the shared list.
Hello,
Can you please tell me where the message is located? In a new reminder, a new note, Mail, etc.
Hello,
Where is the message in question?
Was it possible my husbands iPad was connected to mine
