Face ID NOT SECURE

Also don't stand beside her while she is showing you she can open it. Make sure while you are taking out the alternate Face ID that you also change your passcode. Then give her your iPhone, have her go into a different room and have her come back with your Notes app open.

Sounds like an alternate face as been created. Open Settings, go to Face ID and remove the current settings altogether. Then set up your Face ID again.
