I just got this phone and I created an Apple ID and I can’t log in to it it said to reveiew it so it brought me to the billing I hit none and it said contact iTunes support

Apple ID I’m having trouble with the App Store and my Apple ID(new phone) when I try to download something it says that my ID “hasn’t been yet used in the Apple store” so when I go to “review” it and fill in the info and press next it comes up with please contact iTunes support for this transaction?? And yes I have my billing stuff already done up on Appleid. Even though I was just trying to download instagram :,) any help is much appreciated

I can not use the App Store to download I just purchased a new iPhone and set a new Apple ID. But when I try to use App Store to download some apps, it failed. It said: “This AppleID has not been used in the iTunes Store “, and asked me to re-sign in. I did it, then came to the same words. I was stuck in the loop. I restarted my phone and updated my billing address information, but still didn’t work. May you give me any suggestions? Thanks!
