White dots on iPas Pro Screen

Hi all! I just removed my screen protector from my 2017 iPad Pro 10.5 that I have had since July 2018. After removing it, I noticed something very odd lining the bottom edge of the display, a bunch of lighter dots with darker borders that are always visible, but are especially visible where it is an interference on white. I love my iPad Pro along with my Apple Pencil so much, so I would love if someone could tell me what is wrong! I have taken very great care of the device, so I am confused what is going on, especially since I have only had it for a year! I have attached a picture so everyone can see!

Thank You

iPad Pro, iOS 12

FYI,

This is NOT called light “bleeding”.

An internal source light “bleed” is caused when the light actually spills out and away through cracks/crevices in a device's/object's structure.

In such a case as any tablet, phone or computer light spillng out the the edges or openings of a device.

This effect can happen with any flat screen monitor/TV that uses backlighting to assist in lighting up all the screen’s internal pixels.

The term “bleed” in these types of instances come vaguely from the art/printing world where a color “bleed” is where color spills out to the edge of the paper/canvas medium's boundaries to fill a seection of the art medium edge.

The correct term for the effect shown on this iPad's screen can be called/described as “spotlights/spotlighting ”, “stage lights/stage lighting or stage “curtain light/curtain lighting” and this is an issue with the iPad’s backlight source.

These terms describe what the effect actually looks like, which does, in fact, look like spot lights, stage lights or stage curtain lights
