My phone is locked with an iCloud email which isn’t my email, how do I get rid of it

Remove Activation Lock I restored my iphone S and now its telling me there is an activation lock with an icloud email that I don't remember. How do I remove this or change the password?

If you're the iPhone's original owner, supply Apple with it and its purchase receipt. If not, contact the person who is or the one who owns the Apple ID it's asking for,
