FaceTime and iMessage can be traced by police?

1-FaceTime and iMessage can be traced by anyone any hacker or police? if i am talking to my friend but my family doesn't like him, if it is traced the iMessage data and Facetime call recording too available with police?

2-How old data they can check ? or they can just check after tracing starts.

Please answer real answer.

Missed FaceTime call that I never made My friend got 6 missed FaceTime calls from my number in the mid-night when I was sleeping (every hour from 2-8am). I never made those call and no FaceTime record on my phone. I wonder if my phone or his phone got hacked. I checked and no email notification saying that my Apple account logged in to any new device. anything else I should do to ensure my phone or my Apple ID are safe? thanks

my apple id and phone number are being used for face time on a phone that isn't mine- how can i find out who is using my apple id and phine number and get it stopped?
