How to register my Apple Watch for warranty
Hello there, I have purchased an Apple watch and don't remember registering it for warranty. How do I go about doing that?

You don't need to. Warranty is activated on the device at the time of purchase from Apple or an Apple authorized re-seller. There's nothing you need to do.
