My Apple ID is different from my iTunes account

Hi my apple id is different from my itune account, when i want to update my apps different id shows up , i dont know what to do

The id that shows for downloading an app's update will be the id that downloaded the app, all downloads are permanently tied to the account that download them. If you want them linked to a different account delete them and buy and download them on that account.

You can try setting up Family Sharing between the 2 IDs if you want to be able to share purchases made with the IDs.
