When I try to update my apps, it’s a different Apple ID show up

Apps are forever tied to the Apple ID that was used to originally purchase or download them. If you used a different Apple ID at one point, then you may still have apps tied to it. You would need to delete those apps and re-download them with the Apple ID you are currently using.
