When update my app, my iPhone keep asking for different Apple ID

That Apple ID is stored inside the application you're trying to update. Sign in with it or delete and redownload it.

Try and restart the iPhone to see if the issues persist
After that go to settings>your name. Is your Apple ID displayed there?
If not, please Contact - Official Apple Support to get furtjer support on the issue
Will I lose the data associated with the app?
If you're using an iPad or iOS unit, yes, unless it's backed up or copied off first.
If you're using a Mac, no. Back it up anyway.
