I've got an iPod 3rd Gen that's starting to show its age. I just want to know if it'll be cheaper to repair my current ipod
I was wondering how much it would cost to repair/replace the follow:
.battery
.screen
and maybe the hard drive
Around $60 to $80 USD, plus labor for screen and battery. Plus around $60 for the hard drive, more if you want to go increase capacity. I'd say around $150 when all is said and done.
Apple is selling their new 7th Gen iPod Touch for $199.
Note, that Apple themselves won;t do this., you'll need to find a 3rd party service.
