Cannot use ITunes or App Store

when I tried to use the App Store I was told that my iTunes account had been suspended. How do I fix this?

If you mean locked : If your Apple ID is locked or disabled - Apple Support

Or disabled : If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes’
