I connected my card to apple pay but it won't let me send or receive money.How can I fix that? My account is verified by the bank.

Apple Pay and Apple Cash are two separate things. If you are 18 and in the USA go to this link - Set up Apple Cash to send and receive money in Messages - Apple Support
