Hello, i have a problem with app store, I don’t know why but if i want to download something or to update a program i must pay,i must add information about my paycard and pay, all of programs require payment, and i got a message something like that(internet payment for itunes.com/bill )
They probably don't require payment, they just require you have a valid payment method entered into your payment information. If an item is free you won't be charged. You can also try to use your account without a payment method but you may still encounter the requirement.
