Mac email

It seems like whenever I receive an email the sender's address gets added to my Mac mail contact list. How do I delete email addresses from my Mac mail? I can't seem to find an address book.

How to delete obsolete or rarely used email addresses Hello, I am not talking about recipient addresses but the ones that appear on an online application form which happen to be mine. Currently, i have 4 in Mac mail ( Google, iCloud, Hotmail and Yahoo) but only use one regularly, ie Google, the others very occasionally if at all. Two others also appear which are completely obsolete as they are associated with broadband providers I no longer use. In any case, I only want one to appear in the box requiring and email address, and that is Google. Is there any way I can delete the others ? Thanks

Mac Mail stacking contacts Is there any way to stop Mail from stacking emails together from people with the same first name. See example below. Those are all in the same email chain when I open one, they're all there. I interact with a lot of different potential clients everyday and it's super confusing when all of the Mark's appear as one email. I see it's called the "Found in..." function. IS there a way to disable that? See example below. Those are all in the same email chain. When I open one, they're all there just because they all share a first name. Please help.

Previous senders can be removed by going to Mail>Window>Previous Recipients. You can select the unwanted recipients, and use the "Remove From List" option. Welcome to Mail on Mac - Apple Support

The "Contacts" application is the address book for macOS. It is located in your Applications Folder. It has nothing to do with storing previous recipients. Welcome to Contacts on Mac - Apple Support
