Mini mac
Can I unplug my mini Mac for a month while on vacation and have no issues when plugging it in and powering up again?

Shouldn't be a problem.
Personally I just shut down and leave my Mac's plugged in, but I always leave "Automatically startup after a power failure" unchecked in the Energy Saver Preference.
