Installing untrusted apps

My question is, "If I install this beta app, am I endangering myself and the rest of the community?" Binance wants me to load their beta trading app for mobile on my iPhone or iPad. Before my devices will let it install, Binance says I will have to designate it as a Trusted application because Apple has not yet given it that designation. Even though I use Binance, or perhaps because of that, I have no confidence in their integrity. If I'm honest, after 30 years consulting to senior corporate executives, I have zero confidence in the integrity of corporations in general. Unfortunately in this case, because of a catastrophic failure of my previous iPad, I'm locked out of my Binance account and they are telling me this is the only way back in so they may have me over a barrel. However, its one thing to access Binance through a browser and another, I think, to put their beta app on one of my devices.
