The easiest way to remove the public beta is to delete the beta profile, then wait for the next software update. Here's what to do:


Go to Settings > General, and tap Profiles & Device Managment.

Tap the iOS Beta Software Profile.

Tap Remove Profile, then restart your device.

As it states in the link provided, "If you don't want to wait for a software update to install a non-beta version of iOS, follow the steps to restore". That said, you need to move onto the steps in the following article. Hopefully, you performed an iTunes and/or iCloud backup of your phone prior to installing the beta, as you can't install a iOS 13 beta backup to your phone, after you downgrade to iOS 12.3.1.
