i have an iphone , can i locate my 2 others devices if im logged into a different account on those devices ?

On the phone, you would need to sign into the Find My Phone app using the ID that is signed in on the device you are trying to find. You could also go to iCloud.com/Find My Phone using a computer browser and sign in with the device's Apple ID to locate it.
