iPad configuration

I purchased my iPad Pro from my school district when I retired. They reset it when I purchased it.

I has to take the iPad to the Apple store on Monday bc it would not power on. So since it was under warranty, I received a new iPad. Yesterday when I started to set it up with my iPhone and update the software, it wants me to login with my Deer Park ISD login. However, I no longer have those login credentials. So I’m thinking it was restored back to the Deer Park ISD settings instead of mine.

The current screen shows this below. What do I do now because I can’t login in any longer with Dpisd.

iPad Pro, iOS 12
