Wireless charging
It stopped working have to turn phone off and on, and now that won’t work either
iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 12
Try a new charger. And flip plug on the wall, if applicable, to power it on. Use an Apple brand charger, and none other.

Since there is no Apple branded Qi Wireless charger, you should recommend that they ensure they have a MFi (Made for iPhone) device
