so like what the title says, I can't update my apps from the app store. I tap update and it turns into the circle (to show its updating) it doesn't load and the button goes back to "update".
I have tried updating my iOS, reset all my settings, logging in and out of my apple id and restarting my phone. there is enough storage space too.
please help. it's getting annoying. my update list has increased to 30.

I suggest you contact iTunes Support. There seems to be an error somewhere, since you cannot seem to update, and are not seeing any error messages. Are you connected to cellular data at this time or wi-fi? Are you sure that your internet connection is stable?
There is no reported outages in the system at this time, and I just updated my apps this morning. Try force closing the app store app and restarting it again to see if that helps.
I’m having the same issue on my iPad Pro and iPhone XS Max. This happens on cellular, home internet, and work internet. If I tap update enough times it’ll start.
hi! I've done that and it still doesn't work. now I have another problem too. I was able to update about 15 out of my 31 apps just 2 days ago. and today when I refresh the update page. those apps that supposedly updated popped up and said it needed to be updated again. and I still can't update my apps.
hi! yes I do have stable internet connection. I have tried using both wifi and data but it doesn't work.

You can go to Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings. That will clear all wi-fi passwords as well, but that should clear any network issues you may have.
App doesn't update.
