New series 4 Apple Watch - Runkeeper App showing 0 miles

After a run - utilizing my brand new watch, shows 0.00 miles regardless of distance, but will still show map of my route along with showing my heartrate. I believe this is an RK problem; however, figured putting it out at Apple might allow others to see the issue too. Thanks!

Fitness App not recording partial miles from Apple Watch I have an Apple Watch Series 6 running the latest software, watch iOS 9. About a week ago it stopped displaying partial mile information on runs. For example, I run 3.5mi but it will only give me data (pace, heart rate, total time, cadence, etc) for 3 miles. It’s not deleting the additional distance, just not giving any data about it. That’s started a week ago. Anyone know how to resolve? Thanks.

Activity app does not record route map for outdoor cycling I have been using Apple Watch regularly for multiple fitness workouts. When I do outdoor cycling, the watch fails to record the map/route. The distance and all other parameters are recorded. But the map/route is not showing any data. it’s very annoying as I bought the watch specifically for workout recording and now I am seriously into cycling and not getting the necessary info. Inaccurate distance and pace tracking on Apple Watch starting week of March 8 When tracking an outdoor run this past week (starting on March 8), the map shows blocks of tracking missing, making the distance and pace very inaccurate. This has happened on every run this week, the map shows gray dots for blocks of distances. I have done both updates since and went through all the troubleshooting steps but it hasn’t helped. I run the same routes regularly and never had this issue in the past until this week.

I'd suggest deleting Runkeeper from your watch and phone, restarting both, then downloading Runkeeper and logging back into it.

You might need to recalibrate your watch. Make sure you have the latest updates on your iPhone and Watch.
