Green Snake of Death

I recently bought a Series 3 Apple Watch approximately a month ago and it has been working very well. The problem is, my watch died so I went to put it on the charger and the screen showed what appeared to be the “Green Snake of Death”. When I take it off of the charger, it turns red. I have tried to force restart it, plug it in to a USB, clean my charger, etc. But my watch is still on the green snake of death and it has been like that for about 3 days. What can I do to fix this issue?
