I paid my Apple Music subscription late and now I’ve paid it I’ve lost my complete catalogue, can I get it back? It would be upsetting if I can’t please help thank you

If you miss a payment on the due date, then your subscription may get suspended. Then you will have to re-subscribe to have access to the service again. If you re-subscribe within 30 days, then you should also get your filled iCloud Music Library back.

Like I said, if the payment wasn’t on time, then you probably have to re-subscribe. Adding funds to your account doesn’t make payments for any service in particular.


If you re-subscribed and still can’t see your iCloud Music Library, then do this:

Get help with iCloud Music Library - Apple Support

First, restart your iOS device
If you still can't see it after the restart:
1. Turn off iCloud Music Library and then turn it back on.
2. Sign out of the iTunes Store and then sign back in.
