New update download

1. I cannot download the new update for my mac air. The latest version of Mojave, the downloading sticks at 924.4 mb and doesn't move for already several days. then of course it stops because took too long "error occured"

I cannot download it from App Store - happens the same

Also trying to recover my IOS by the "suggested" combinations on apple website were just redownloading the website.

I also think that my Mac might have troubles with wifi connection - everything is fine with my iPhone - all downloads, all is fine. But here safari is stuck, app store is stuck. everything.
