ios 12.3.1 issues

i just updated my iphone x max this morning, and then now it won't charge. any have the same problems? what did you do? just have this phone a week ago.

Try : Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

Make sure you are using the original cable and charger that came with the iPhone.

Sometimes it charges to 100%, and then goes back to not charging. Gratifying to know that other people have had and still have the same problem and that it seems to be in the software not in the hardware. But it is infuriating that Apple continues not to fix the software. Interesting that one has to choose device and topic before posting, but that the topic of charging the device is not one of the topics. Does anyone have any new ideas for fixing the problem other than a different phone?

And using Apple cable as well?

And plug onto a wall socket to charge?
