I bought apple series 4 GPS with cellular model in US. Does it work in India? Can I use cellular feature in India?

Here is a list of carriers that support the Apple Watch, the models that are supported by each carrier in a country, and the radio frequencies that are used by those models

The Watch cellular for U.S. works only in the U.S.
