internet drop out during update download
macbook keeps losing the internet connection during update download .. anyone else had this? contacted apple support several times regarding to no resolve

If you are trying to download using WiFi try a cabled connection to your router and don't use the Mac for anything else whilst downloading. Also try and limit other devices accessing your router whilst the Mac is downloading.
