watch stuck on energy save mode and won't load

my brand new watch (worn one day) will not load and is stuck in the power save mode. I cannot force restart. Holding the side button does not alter the situation and the brand new loading dock also does not seem to work! Help!

Apple Watch stuck in power saver mode Hey so some times my watch has an issue recharging. The solution is usually reboot the watch. Once watch goes to 1% or below it goes into power saver mode. In this mode there seems to be no way to restart it. It is NOT on charge as I know you can't restart while on charging station. Is there anything i can do. Holding the lower button for 10 seconds doesn't work, nor does holding the top button or both buttons at the same time.

Rebooting watch Since the latest update, my watch keeps freezing and randomly rebooting. The other day within an hour or so it dropped from 40% battery to 10% so I had to put it into power save mode for a couple of hours. I put it on the big charger overnight but it still would not exit power save mode the next morning. I then put it on a different charger for an hour on my commute it was still stuck in power save mode when I arrived! A bit later it randomly rebooted and reported 100% battery. It keeps on freezing and rebooting so consequently all my activity recording is also back to square one! Any ideas?

watch does not respond to restart Apple Watch 6 series trouble charging was able to restart the other day which corrected the problem, but now it won't charge and does not restart following directions to restart.
