I have reset my IPhone XS Max by mistake and now the network is not there. We used to have CDMA phones which were also not having physical SIM, we used to enter a code and a new number gets patched on the handset which never gets erased even if you reset the phone, And this was around 10 years back.
I guess you guys have to fix this as soon as possible. Because after spending almost $1300 you can't expect this kind of service.
