activation lock

i need help i bought a phone and have no way to contact the old owner to take the activation lock off!!!

If the previous owner can not, or will not remove the lock, the device is useless to you. Activation lock can not be bypassed.

You will have to contact the previous owner, he/she is the only person who can potentially help you, Apple won't remove activation lock from second-hand devices.
