Child account

How come my Child account can not use iMessage, I can’t log in for iMessage or Facetime.


Child account is set to 4 years old, but he knows how FT and iM works.


Please help us out.

Have you checked Settings/Screen Time for any restrictions?


What happens when you try to log into Messages/FaceTime? Error message(s)?


Messages - If you get an error when trying to activate iMessage or FaceTime


Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.


Try a restart.


Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch


Try a forced restart.
