Left EarPod is barely audible

Left one is barely audible, and the person on the other end says I sound like I am muffled and can barely hear me.

If the phone the Earpods came with is still under warranty, so are the headphones. Contact Apple for a replacement.

If it's not, then at least they're only $29 to replace.
