I am a student and keep getting overcharged for my Apple Music plan.

I used apple music in undergrad and had the discount from Unidays so I paid half the price. Now I am in grad school and want this discount again. How do I verify my new student email to receive this discount? I have tried myself and I am still getting charged $10 a month instead of $5. Help please!

I have a question regarding my Apple Music account I had signed into my student account years ago and thought I was being charged $4.99/month but when I just went into my setting I was actually signed up for a regular account charging me $9.99/month. Is there anyway you can look into that and see when the changes were made taking the student account away from me? If it is possible am I able to get the extra $5.99 a month reimbursed back into my account for all that time it was changed back with out my knowledge. Apple Music UniDays Verification I’ve been trying to sign up for the $4.99 per month college student apple music price, but once I enter my valid email and my school, I don’t receive an email. UniDays says an email was sent to verify my eligibility, but I haven’t received an email. I’ve done this process about 15 times trying to get it to work, but it hasn’t yet

Charged the wrong price for Apple Music. They charged me for an individual plan when it should’ve been a student plan? I’ve also verified before. Should I just email Apple?

Notice that the student subscription is good for a max of 48 months, so if you have used those up as an undergrad you will no longer be eligible.
