Reset Ipad

I was issued an IPAD for work and the previous owner who no longer works for the company had the device set to an email that want allow me to reset

Then give the iPad back to employer because you cannot use it. They need to get the Apple ID and Password from the previous user or the device is useless.


If they have the original purchase receipt proving they were the original purchaser (the receipt would have to device serial number), they can take it to Apple and ask for help. If they don't have the original receipt and can't get the previous user to help with the Apple ID and Password, the device should be recycled.
