I went to sleep last night and in the morning, when I wake up, my touch and the password did not work - actually the phone was asking directly the password (don't know why...). I don't want to try recovering the iphone, as I found on your website, because I'll lose all my data (as far as I read) and I don't want that (of course...). What happend there and how can I recover or back-up all the data?

Uh, sorry, but as long as you have still forgotten your passcode, the only way is to erase your iPhone with Recovery Mode, which erases all your data, and good if you have a backup, or else the only way to retrieve your data is by jailbreaking, which is strongly suggested not to do so, as it could lead to VERY serious consequences, and I and Apple are not responsible for any damage(s) to your iPhone.
So the best way is to erase it.
I DID NOT FORGET MY PASSWORD!!! It is the same and I'm using it (when fingerprint is not working) for more than 2 and a half years on this iphone... Why and how this happened?! This is an apple/iphone problem (software), not mine!!! It is not my fault that the phone begin to not work properly!!! Seriously now...
Great... after trying a hard reset the iphone just wipe itself... GREATTTT!!! REALLYYYYYY?!??!!
I know you (apple) don't give a **** on this matters (and I'm sorry for my language), but this is not ok at all...
And I was just start using a macbook also...
Another great news! In parallel, I switched my sim card to my old iphone, and guess what: I'm having problems with my icloud ID now... Problem connecting to my icloud ID, to the server...
And this is not solved at all - I hit helpful button instead of the reply one... I'm really angry as you can think and I also speak all by my self here...
