Disabled account

Hi,

mum trying to set up my sons new iPhone but when using App Store a message keeps coming up saying his account has been disabled in App Store and iTunes. How do I fix this please?

You cannot fix it on your own. You have to contact Apple Support for help with this. Read this very brief support article and use the link in the article to contact Apple.
